Shipping

We currently offer shipping through USPS Priority Mail. Standard shipping is FREE for domestic orders of $150+ and a flat fee of $10 with no minimum purchase for valid US addresses only. Once your order is processed and shipped out, you will be provided a tracking number with which to follow the progress of your order.

 

For customers outside of the US, we ship through USPS Priority Mail International for a flat fee of $50 for any order regardless of purchase amount. Shipping times may vary depending on the country and will take longer than domestic shipments. You'll be provided an estimated shipment date along with tracking information via email.

 

Please ensure that the SHIP TO address is accurate. Stag & Harp cannot be held responsible for any lost or misdirected orders if contact information is not entered correctly at the time of checkout.

 

Fulfillment and Shipping are processed during our regular hours of operation: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST. Orders generally ship within 3-5 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Per USPS, once posted, you should receive your order within 1-3 business days, depending on your location, and orders are delivered Monday through Saturday. Sunday and holiday delivery is not available. Stag & Harp will do its best to notify customers and website visitors of "last-possible" ship days when particular holidays are approaching—meaning orders must be placed by this specified date in order to guarantee delivery prior to that holiday. We will also let you know of any upcoming company holidays or out-of-office events that might affect Fulfillment and Shipping.

 

Returns

Stag & Harp strives for happy customers who enjoy their jewelry! However, should you need to utilize our Returns Policy, here is what you need to know:

  • Please contact Customer Service before return shipping any item for replacement, refund, or exchange.
  • If your order arrives as defective (materials or craftsmanship) or damaged (due to Post), we will happily replace it. Email your request for a replacement within 5 business days from the tracking stated delivery date of your order. Defective pieces must be received back at Stag & Harp within 10 business days from the tracking stated delivery date of your order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs, but Stag & Harp will pay for the replacement shipping.
  • Customers who wish to return an online purchase for any other reason should contact Customer Service within thirty (30) days from the tracking stated delivery date of receipt for a refund or exchange. We will determine an initial approval and email you with further instructions. All returns/exchanges must include the original sales receipt and returned in its original packaging. Original shipping costs, if applicable, are non-refundable.
    • Items purchased between November 24th and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 24th of the following year.
    • If an item was a gift and more than 30 days have passed from when the order was originally purchased, please contact Customer Service as these instances will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. These items are only eligible for exchange, not refunds. The exchange must be for an item of equal or greater value, and recipient is responsible for paying any greater price difference.
  • Please note that upon receipt at Stag & Harp, all returns and exchanges are inspected for quality and condition before they are accepted. Any items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration (for example, repair made by another jeweler, engraving, etc.) could be denied or be subject to a restocking fee.
  • Currently, Stag & Harp does not offer free return shipping. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Stag & Harp is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned shipments. We do recommend that if an item is over $50, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
  • Opened jewelry cleaner or used polishing clothes will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.
  • All Gift Cards are final sales and non-refundable.
    • Items purchased with a Gift Card: Gift Card recipients are entitled to an exchange of items of equal or greater value only, and recipient is responsible for paying any greater price difference. Gift Card recipients will not be issued a refund.
  • Sales or Clearance Items- All items purchased on sale or clearance are final sales. No refunds or exchanges will be provided.

 

To return or exchange an item, please email us at contact@stagandharp.com with the Subject line "Return/Exchange Requested" plus your Order Number. Share with us the circumstances and reason for the request. We will provide you with a shipping address and instructions via email. Once you have shipped your item to us, please allow 2-3 business days from the date of receipt for Stag & Harp to process your package. We will communicate with you using email throughout this process to keep you apprised of the transaction progress.

 

Stag & Harp does not currently offer repair services for any items except for what has already been specified above.
